i’m so sick and tired of being called names like “jungle fever, snicker licker, swirler” and a lot more EVERYday. if you care that much about our interracial relationship, get over yourself. love is blind, it shouldn’t matter what they look like. hopefully when you find love and people make fun of you it , you’ll realize one day. he’s made me a better person and helped me not care what other people think. i love him for the person he is inside. go ahead, call me a name and make fun of me, i dare you.
Once again — i hope i don’t creep y’all out… but this is absolutely beautiful. It almost makes me cry thinking about how in the 1950’s this was probably illegal (correct me if i’m wrong.)
He’s from Guyana, I’m from Colombia, however we both were raised in Miami and fell in love during our freshman year in high school. We were together for about 4 years. He truly made me happy. Skin color has nothing to do with love or how you should treat someone. We both loved each other and made each other feel special in our own ways. I’m glad we shared a part of our lives together and I can only hope that is glad too. :) Interracial love is beautiful <3
